Cancelation policy

Upon booking, I require a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before arrival. If you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance, the cancellation fee is 50%. If you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%. Please note! If I am able to re-rent the room at the same price, you will receive an 85% refund of the rent paid. The chances of it being re-rented, especially during peak season, are very high!
